Henderson is doing well with his "place" command. He has learned to stay on his place while in the house, hanging out with me in the office or while I am cooking dinner in the other room. He has learned that "place" can mean his bed, a bathmat, or even the bench outside by our garden. He is also learning to wait at the door before coming in or going out. Today, we took Henderson completely off leash. He is now doing all of his commands without a leash. He is enjoying himself with the other dogs too. He gets to run around the yard and play, but he must also follow his commands even if the other dogs are still playing.
